The revolutionary iBook G3 ‘Clamshell’, produced from 1999 until 2001 featured not only a unique design, but it was the first laptop with built-in wireless network support (an optional Airport card). It was available in Blueberry color (as seen in the film screenshot above) or in Tangerine, and later in graphite, indigo and lime. The ‘Clamshell’ had a screen resolution of 800×600 and only one USB port. Less powerful than a current iPhone, but already a classic, you can find these iBooks now on eBay for less than $100.
